I am running Win10 1803, the hardware has enough power and the images are stored on an external SSD that is really fast. I use V11 in parallel (catalogs are separated), can this cause a conflict?ĭoes anybody else have the same trouble? Is there a trick or am I missing something to accelerate the import? I created a new catalog from scratch - same result. When I started V12 for the very first time, the import was much faster, but then slowed down. Apparently, they could not fix this issue until now.
I had contacted the support in summer and they answered that the developers would look into it.
C1 scans for duplicates with a rate of 1-2 images per second, which means, that if a collection already has 1000 images, it will take 10-15 minutes to do the job. When I want to import new images from a folder on my drive with the option "exclude duplicates" checked, this import is extremely slow. Include Subfolders: This option lets you control the depth of a folder comparison.I am trying V12 and I found one issue that was already present in V11. Other than that, after compare 2 folders, you could filter display item base on file name. File filters: Include or exclude files that match regular expressions. Line Number: When edit file, showing line number will make it easier to know exactly changes positions. Inline Edit (Edit/Merge at the same time) : Compare and Merge 2 text files: allow you to edit/compare/merge 2 text files in the same windows Compare Folders/Files: can compare both 2 files or 2 folders It is useful for determining what has changed between versions, and then merging changes between versions. CompareMerge is a Mac OSX's software tool for file comparison and merging text-like files.
